Long Run Thoughts

These Sunday long runs always have me feeling a bit nervous. Am I fueled? Hydrated? Will I be able to maintain my pace? Will I make the climb back? Will my ankle be okay?

Today I rocked a 30k. Fueled, hydrated, and strong. “Nothing new on race day” is my training motto, so maybe these nerves will just keep me in check until the marathon.
