Embracing the beauty of these chilly days.

I am a true believer that we can manifest positivity into our lives. Focusing on the good even when it feels like everything is failing. When your world is crumbling, just try to think of one. good. thing.

Gratitude takes practice. Consciously taking time to reflect. But you can grow this ability to recognize the positivity and appreciate that it comes from somewhere. It helps shine a positive light on life.

It sounds easy, but some days are still hard. I started keeping a gratitude journal, and while my habit of actually writing in this journal has been lacking I still try to take some time everyday to reflect on all of the good.
