Injury Recovery: My Next Race!
Update on my injury: my ankle is still not perfect, but it’s getting better and better. My physiotherapist is encouraging me to run more often (more frequent runs at shorter distances), and has suggested that I jump back into a training program.
With that in mind, I will be running in the Scotiabank 21K de Montreal on April 27-28! 🎉
I won’t be running the 21k distance (next year? 🤞), but I’m so excited to be a part of this event again this year. Located at Parc Jean Drapeau, this is the perfect race to kick-start the running season.
