Motivation Through Repetition
How do I stay motivated to run, day after day? The first time is the hardest, but the rush it gives will fuel the second. After that, it’s all about repetition: Just get up, get dressed, and run. Get up, get dressed, and run. Do it enough times and it happens without thinking. Even on a chilly Sunday when you can hear the wind whipping outside, you get up, get dressed, and run.
Besides, what else would I do?
