Ankle Injury Still Kicking

Confession: My ankle was bugging me this week.

I think it was because of my run in the mountain on Wednesday. One of the first things my physiotherapist told me when I was first injured over a year ago was to stop running hills. My progress has been going so well that I suppose I got a bit overconfident.

Lesson learned.

Thankfully this week was a recovery week in my training plan. I took it easy on Thursday, skipped my short run on Friday, and was feeling back to normal by Saturday.

Fingers crossed this was just a little reality check and nothing more.
