Discipline vs. Recovery

“Discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishments.”

I skipped track training today. Oof was that a tough decision to make. But speed training is hard on the body, and this ankle isn’t 100%.

Does skipping a run make me less disciplined? No way. If anything, it makes me more disciplined. To listen to my body instead of the training plan I have printed on a piece of paper.
